After approximately one year operating under a soft-opening period, The Lince Braga was officially inaugurated last Thursday, 18 June. The hotel, part of The Lince Hotels group, owned by Grupo Arliz, aims to establish itself as a reference for visitors to the city, whether travelling for leisure or business.

Set within an extensive green area in Serra da Falperra, while also benefiting from its proximity to Braga’s historic centre and the region’s main road networks, the hotel aims to become a landmark for those visiting the city for business or leisure, contributing to the strengthening of the Northern region’s tourism competitiveness.

The four-star The Lince Braga features 77 rooms and suites, a restaurant and wine bar, two outdoor swimming pools, a gym and the Altus Wellness Spa, equipped with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, ice bath and dedicated relaxation areas.

With a proposition focused on leisure, wellness, events and business tourism, The Lince Braga aims to contribute to the diversification and enhancement of the region’s tourism offering, responding to growing demand for experiences that combine nature, authenticity and comfort.

Hosted by Domingos Correia, CEO of Grupo Arliz, the official inauguration ceremony was attended by Portugal’s Secretary of State for Tourism, Pedro Machado; the President of Turismo do Porto e Norte, Luís Pedro Martins; the Mayor of Braga, João Rodrigues; and the Vicar General of the Archdiocese of Braga, Canon Manuel Joaquim Costa, among other authorities, partners and guests.
