The exposed concrete wall separating the building from the adjacent traffic lane acts as a physical and sound barrier, complemented by rock wool insulation and double-glazed windows, which contribute to a significant reduction in outside noise. The garden area is integrated into the complex as a transitional element, reinforcing the feeling of calm and distance from the surrounding traffic.
